What are caller-symbols?

Who doesn't know that? Always when the cell phone is ringing or the vibration alert is activated the screen of the cell phone shows only the number or the name of the caller.

After a while that becomes monotonous. Besides this one has very often to watch the display for a long time before one even knows who is calling. It doesn't have to remain like this.

There is a possibility to individualise the own cell phone with caller-symbols. How does this work? Pretty simple! In almost all cell phone menus it is possible to assign certain symbols to every single caller or to groups of callers (friends, job…)

Photos, drawings, wallpaper and animated logos – one's imagination knows no bounds. So on always knows who is just calling. Different providers offer certain caller symbols for download.

For friend one can also choose a photo, which is taken with the integrated digital camera. It is a precondition that the calling person is not withholding his number and that the number is stored in the phonebook of the cell phone.
